Activity Policy

The Open Embedded Software Foundation expands its activities centering the working groups organized complying with business areas.

Each working group conducts business by drawing up the mission led by the coordinator appointed by the members. Individual development projects are launched within the working group. Project funds are allocated to these individual working groups based on the application from the working group with the approval of the Board of Director. Project fund is supplied to members engaged in the project business as business consignment expense and development environment constructive expense, etc. Projects which receive the project fund shall be in compliance with the policy of the open source and shall disclose its accomplishment.

If requested by the members, new working groups are organized upon the resolution of the Board of Directors. The members participate in the related working group and actually conduct the activities. Participating in several working groups is also possible. Activities will be adjusted from case to case when the activities of working groups overlap with each other. Debrief sessions of the working groups are regularly held, and at the same time seminars to announce its accomplishment to the public are also provided.
